Trailer Professionals ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you provide: contact form details, finance applications, trade-in requests, and any messages you send us.
Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring URL, device type, IP address, and approximate location.

To respond to your inquiries about trailers, financing, service, or trade-ins.
To send service reminders, updates about inventory, and offers (when you opt in).
To improve our website performance and customer experience.

Sharing

We share information with finance partners, payment processors, and analytics providers as needed to deliver requested services. We do not sell personal data.

SMS / Mobile Data — Our Commitment

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, the contents of your SMS messages with us, or any opt-in data to any third party for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. Mobile data and SMS opt-in information are used solely to deliver the messages you have requested. This commitment is consistent with CTIA guidelines and the rules of The Campaign Registry (TCR).

SMS Messaging Program

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages — through our online inquiry form, or in person at our Trailer Professionals location — we may send you the following types of text messages:

Trailer inquiry acknowledgements and quote follow-up
Inventory availability and pricing for trailers you asked about
Delivery and pickup scheduling and confirmations
Financing application status updates for an application you submitted
Payment reminders and confirmations on a financed account
Service appointment confirmations and reminders
Two-way replies with your assigned representative
Promotional and marketing messages about new and available trailer inventory, pricing, offers and special promotions

Message frequency varies based on your active inquiry or account (typically 2-6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages, or reply HELP for assistance. You can opt back in by replying START. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, service, or financing.

Service providers: we share information with vendors who help us deliver our service, including our SMS delivery provider. These vendors are contractually bound to use your information only to provide services to us and not for their own marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Platform provider

Our website, online forms (including quote, service and financing applications) and customer records run on Linchpin DMS, a dealer management platform operated by Sieva Networks. Linchpin DMS stores and processes the information you submit on our behalf and under our instructions only, as our service provider. It does not sell your information or use it for its own marketing. Linchpin DMS uses reputable cloud hosting providers in the United States to run the platform.

Data security

All information you submit travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).
Information is stored on access-controlled servers and encrypted at rest; sensitive financing details (such as identification and income information) are visible only to authorized Trailer Professionals staff who need them to process your request.
Access to customer records is protected by individual logins and role-based permissions, and is logged.
We keep financing application data only as long as needed to evaluate and service your request and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site analytics, security, and remembering your preferences. We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the results of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms; Meta may receive information about the pages you view on this site. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook settings and opt out of interest-based advertising at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work as expected.
